Educational Background:Lu studied at the South-western University of Finance and Economics, the City University of Hong Kong, the University of New South Wales, and the University of Hong Kong, and obtained Bachelor of Law, Master of Laws (Distinction), Master of Philosophy in Law and Doctor of Philosophy in Law respectively.
