Education Background:Sunstudied at the Law School of Shenzhen University and the Law School of Tsinghua University from 2004 to 2016, obtained undergraduate degree in law, and master's degree in law and doctorate degree in law respectively.

Teaching:Undergraduate courses “Topics in Constitutional Law”, “Basic Theory of Public Law”, “Basic Theory of Constitutional Law”, “Judicial Review System”, “Introduction to Hong Kong Law”, and “Classical Reading” are offered in the School of Law. He also teaches a university-wide public elective course on “Hot Topics in the Political System of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”.

He presided over one youth project of the National Social Science Foundation, three provincial and ministerial level projects, and one Shenzhen Social Science Foundation.
