Overview of the Center

Position:Assistant-professor at Center for Basic Laws of Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Region, Shenzhen University.

Education Background:Sunstudied at the Law School of Shenzhen University and the Law School of Tsinghua University from 2004 to 2016, obtained undergraduate degree in law, and master's degree in law and doctorate degree in law respectively.

Research areas:Constitutional Law, Basic Law of Hong Kong and Macau, Administrative Law of Hong Kong and Macau, Politics of Hong Kong and Macau

Teaching:Undergraduate courses “Topics in Constitutional Law”, “Basic Theory of Public Law”, “Basic Theory of Constitutional Law”, “Judicial Review System”, “Introduction to Hong Kong Law”, and “Classical Reading” are offered in the School of Law. He also teaches a university-wide public elective course on “Hot Topics in the Political System of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”.

Academic Outputs:

He has published several papers in journals such as Politics and Law, Beijing Social Science, SJTU Law Review, Administrative Law Series and Hong Kong and Macao Studies, and has also published several think-tank countermeasure studies in the National Social Science Foundation Results Highlights and the China Office Information.

Research projects:

He presided over one youth project of the National Social Science Foundation, three provincial and ministerial level projects, and one Shenzhen Social Science Foundation.
